How fast will you answer?

We will try to answer as soon as we can, but we can only respond to questions when full-time staff are available. It may also take time to track down the answer to your question. We will always try to get back to you.

We typically answer texts Mon-Weds 8am-11:30pm, Thurs-Fri 8am-9pm, Sat.9am-5pm, and Sun 9am-8pm (EST). We may have reduced availability during school breaks.
